I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?

Please allow 1 - 2 business days for us to process and produce your order before it is shipped out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?

  • Average time: 10 – 14 business days

We strive to deliver your order as quickly as possible. However, please note that there may be circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, holidays, or adverse weather conditions, that may cause shipping delays. While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery time as it is the responsibility of the shipping company.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

You can cancel your order without any penalty as long as you do so within 24 hours of placing it. Simply send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL" and we will process your cancellation.

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!

If you have mistakenly provided an incorrect address, please reply to your order confirmation email immediately with the correct information. We will do our best to update the address within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED

We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. However, in rare cases where an item arrives damaged due to mishandling by the mail service, please contact us with your order number and a picture of the damaged product. We will gladly send you a replacement free of charge.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from OlyJewels. If for any reason you are not, we offer a 14-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it.
  • The item is unworn or unused.
  • The item has all tags attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@olyjewels.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package. Please note that returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please reach out to us for clarification.

Exchanges:

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without any justification. The same eligibility criteria mentioned above apply for returns within the European Union.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
